Refund policy

All items are made to order and we are unable to accept returns for any reason. If the product is defective or damaged in shipping or the wrong item was sent we will work with you to correct the situation to the best of our ability. If we made a mistake in the process we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. Customer service and satisfaction are important to us. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hawk@hawkmerchstore.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Do not ship any items to the return address on the shipping label (that is not our address).
